Ridge Crest Cleaning offers a full range of specialised services to commercial, public sector, leisure and industrial premises. Most importantly we provide a reliable, well-managed and high quality service.
To ensure on-going client satisfaction all of our contracts are continually under internal review. The company has full CHAS accreditation (the Government's Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme for contractors).
Quality Assurance and Control
In keeping with our policy of "best value through partnership", we've introduced a system of quality auditing to existing and new clients alike.
In addition to providing a best value service, we are deeply committed to our environmental policies and our audits are performed using paperless technology. Our auditing system is accurate and impartial since no member of the management team will audit a site that is within their scope of responsibility. Our aim is not to achieve our clients’ expectations, but rather to exceed them. A culture of innovation and a pro-active approach within Ridge Crest has been, and always will be, the route to our success. Quality control audits take this policy to the next level of service ensuring that we are indeed meeting, or in most cases exceeding, our contractual obligations.
IN SUMMARY
The audit is used as a positive tool to maintain and improve standards. It encourages sound communication between the client and us and assists in the avoidance of incidents. The idea is to be pro-active and not re-active; we strive to introduce improvements prior to our clients identifying a shortcoming. Standards will be monitored on the evaluation sheet from visit to visit. If results in a particular area are under-performing it will be clearly recognisable and appropriate training can be given to rectify the problem.
Based on the individual areas on site a summary sheet is produced, this "at a glance" sheet will immediately highlight any particular section that's in need of attention,
