Our Business Philosophy

As a company we believe best value is achieved through active partnership with our clients.
We have established strong and experienced, locally based management teams. Our Customer Relationship Managers never manage more than six contracts at any time in order to ensure that each client receives sufficient support and personal attention.

We take a pro-active approach to all our contracts and aim to always exceed customer expectations and our success is based on consistently delivering, and maintaining high standards.

Ian Beach – Managing Director

Ian Beach - Managing Director
Ian has worked within the service industry for over 20 years having commenced his career as a managerial trainee with the RAC with whom he spent 18 years, becoming one of the youngest senior managers in the Company’s history.

During the early 90s Ian moved into the Support Services Sector where he contributed directly to the outstanding growth of two large organisations. These two companies both went on to feature in the top 50 of UK’s fastest growing businesses.

In August 2004, Ian founded Ridge Crest Cleaning Limited and is presently focused on taking his cleaning and support services business to a new and more professional level.


Tony Spencer – Operations Manager


Tony has worked within the cleaning industry sector for more than 20 years and has progressed and developed his career specialising in project management, high level and specialist cleaning services.

Prior to joining Ridge Crest in early 2004, Tony was Senior Contracts Manager at the Tate Modern Gallery, overseeing the cleaning and support service operations from the day that London’s biggest visitor attraction opened.
 
Tony now assumes responsibility for several major contracts throughout South London and Kent. He also has a specific role as the organisation’s Health and Safety Officer.


Sharon Hamer – Director Midlands region

Sharon comes from a strong marketing and people orientated environment. She is based in the Midlands and provides a local presence to the Company’s regional clients.


Rui Pinto – Operations Manager

Rui is a seasoned industry professional with over 15 year’s experience of most cleaning disciplines within the sector. Rui has direct responsibility for our operations at several large multi-site clients and is also responsible for the delivery of highly specialist cleaning services throughout the business. Rui joined the Ridge Crest team shortly after the Company started trading in 2004,  having previously worked with Ian managing London’s largest local authority’s cleaning and support services contract. Rui has also frequently been an integral member of contract implementation teams, projects which include the world’s largest law practice who have recently relocated to the Docklands.
