 Ian Beach – Managing Director
Ian has worked within the service industry for over 20 years having commenced his career as a management trainee with the RAC with whom he spent 18 years, becoming one of the youngest senior managers in the organisation's history.
During the early 90s Ian moved into the Support Services Sector where he contributed directly to the outstanding growth of two large organisations. Both these companies both went on to feature in the top 50 of UK’s fastest growing businesses.
In August 2004, Ian founded Ridge Crest Cleaning Limited and is focused on taking his cleaning and support services business to a new and more professional level. In May 2008, Ridge Crest Wales was established as a result of a growing need to service businesses in Wales.
 Ryan Jones – Chief Executive, Ridge Crest Wales
In May 2008, Ryan became Chief Executive of Ridge Crest Wales (RCW). Ryan, Wales rugby captain, is an excellent communicator and very well connected, Ryan is at ease addressing everyone from the ground staff at the most windswept rugby pitch right up to CEO level. Ryan Jones is a natural leader who commands respect wherever he goes. Indeed, much of Wales’ recent success on the rugby field has been attributed to Ryan’s captaincy.
A sister company to Ridge Crest Cleaning, which is already one of the most successful and fastest growing businesses in the UK, RCW offers a complete range of services to commercial, public sector, leisure and industrial premises using only environment-friendly and biodegradable products.
Tony Spencer – Operations Manager
Tony has worked within the cleaning industry sector for more than 20 years and has progressed and developed his career specialising in project management, high level and specialist cleaning services.
Prior to joining Ridge Crest in early 2004, Tony was Senior Contracts Manager at the Tate Modern Gallery, overseeing the cleaning and support service operations from the day that London’s biggest visitor attraction opened.
Tony now assumes responsibility for several major contracts throughout South London and Kent. He also has a specific role as the organisation’s Health and Safety Officer.
Rui Pinto – Operations Manager
Rui is a seasoned industry professional with over 15 year’s experience of most cleaning disciplines within the sector. Rui has direct responsibility for our operations at several large multi-site clients and is also responsible for the delivery of highly specialist cleaning services throughout the business. Rui joined the Ridge Crest team shortly after the Company started trading in 2004 having previously worked with Ian managing London’s largest local authority’s cleaning and support services contract. Rui has also frequently been an integral member of contract implementation teams, projects which include the world’s largest law practice who have recently relocated to the Docklands.
